LDD Forum Readers,
I am writing to let you know that there is a difference between the R5 and ND6 implementations of the 'NotesUIDocument.Refresh' method.
In R5 when you call the methods listed below and the 'PostRecalc' is triggered.
- '.Refersh'
- '.Refresh(True)'
- '.Refresh(False)'
In ND6 the expereince is different. When
- '.Refersh'
- '.Refresh(False)'
are called the 'QueryRecalc' and 'PostRecalc' events both trigger.
But when you call
- '.Refresh(True)'
the document events do not trigger.
If anyone else has experienced this issue please respond with your experience.
Also if anyone from IBM reads this and knows why this has changed from R5 to ND6 could they please let me know.
